One Thanksgiving

Once upon a time, along, long time ago. Nearly thirty eight years now. A little boy named Gerald was at his grandmother’s house. Gerald was playing with his cousins who he didn’t see often. My brother’s wife told Gerald it was time for him to come take his bath. Gerald was so excited to have his cousins to play with, he did not go. The entire family always called his Aunt Tabitha, “T”. Since “T” had already drawn the water, she did not want it to get cold. When Gerald heard the water splashing, he knocked on the door. “T” somehow knew it was Gerald. “T” said: Gerald, what do you want? Gerald answered: “T”, are you taking my bath?
